Jesus Christ is mightier than we can imagine.  I know of His great works and I proclaim His name from the top of housetops.  He is the One who came ‘in the fullness of time,’ according to God’s Plan of the Ages whereby everything that was and is and is to come was planned by GOD to the minute, all things and time and events and people everywhere in human history.  And whether we like it or not, I think we make the choices without making the choices.  He created the heavens and the earth, air to breath, sun for life, the moon to lighten the darkness.  He made the seas and all that are in it  He made every bird of the air and all that stand on solid ground.  The green grass, the herbs and trees, crops for food, fire for cooking.  Even the smallest detail was already planned by God before the foundations of the earth.  In all things He gave specific details on how to make things He wanted whereby man could live, and prosper and raise a family.  From conception to birth to death it is all in God’s hands.

So you think you know a thing or two, do you?

OK.

How does a tree grow?  How does a cloud that you can put your hand through hold water?How does a fire keep burning?  How do birds seem to always know where their food is even in winter?  Explain the disease of alcohol or drugs or cancer?  How do explain the wonder of conception to growth to birth?

Isn’t it really all about Jesus, the Son of God the Father?  Isn’t it also the God, the Holy Spirit at work in the world today?

Give Him, the blessed Holy Trinity, then Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, One GOD who made all things, sustains all things, executes His Plan of the Ages, His Plan of Salvation which is in Christ Jesus, our Lord and our God.

He is mightier than we can ever imagine as hard as we might try.  He is mightier than the earth, the sun and the moon and all the planets and stars of the universe, for He made it all!

Why, for all mankind He made known who He is in every generation by the heavens which declare His almighty glory; the deeds He wrought for His people. Mighty acts no man could ever do!  And He became a man and lived and died for us and for our salvation.  He gave His life on the Cross for the forgiveness of sin and eternal life with Him in Heaven and on earth.

For the grave couldn’t hold Him, for He is God, and on the third day He arose from the dead with a new, glorified body, as we who believe shall one day have.  Then He ascended into Heaven to the Father, and one day soon we shall also follow Him with new, glorified bodies…and so shall we ever be with the Lord.!

This is the greatest news in all of history!  In Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords, we shall have life after death and live forever and ever and ever.  For He is mighty to save!
