Time is GOD’s.  He made it in the beginning.  It started time on the very first day of of the six days of Creation…when GOD said: “Let there be.”  An in an instant, there it was!  Out of nothing, GOD created…and all things work together as GOD made them.

The Heaven is GOD’s home and throne…where GOD and the heavenly host reside…far, far away, above the clouds and the sky; far above the earth and the stars…somewhere way out there, further than we can ever imagine or see…there is where GOD lives: the Father, and the Son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit…the blessed Triune GOD, the Holy Trinity…ONE GOD…the Three in One, the One in three…Almighty and forever…the Living God.  And there, up in Heaven is the Heavenly Host: the Angels and the souls and spirits of the believers in Christ Jesus and in the Holy Trinity.   And one day we too shall all be there… yes, all who do truly believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

One day when we shall die, one day when we take that last breath…at our death, we shall sleep in the ground on Christ Jesus…at that very moment when we take that last breath, we shall then be absent from the body, present with the Lord, when our spirit and soul soars immediately up the Heaven, accompanied by angels, into the presence of Jesus who awaits with open arms.  And so shall we ever be with the Lord.

And while our soul and spirit is there in Heaven for a time, we will eagerly await the day of the Lord, the day of trumpets and a great shout…for the Lord Jesus will come out of Heaven with the souls and spirits of the dead in Christ whom He will bring with Him….and the dead in Christ shall rise first, their soul and spirit reentering its body in the grave, and then we who are alive and remain shall be changed in the very twinkling of an eye; and we shall meet them in the air above the clouds, all having immortal glorified bodies like that unto the Lord, and we shall meet Him in the air and we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him face to face.  Therefore, precious ones in Christ, comfort one another, let your joy be sung from the housetops, even above the beautiful trees…And all He has planned for all who truly love Him and believe…all who love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind…

Time?  Yes, in His time as He has planned before the foundation of even the whole world!
